    Our pricing reflects the care, preparation, and atmosphere already present in each space. Every venue at The Kinlands is fully styled and thoughtfully maintained, allowing hosts to step into an environment that feels complete from the moment they arrive.

  • Each styling collection has been thoughtfully curated by our Creative Director to complement the natural character and layered aesthetic of the space. We felt it was important to offer these selections not only to make the styling process feel effortless for our guests, but also to help create a cohesive and elevated atmosphere throughout the event. Each piece was intentionally chosen to add warmth, softness, refinement, and visual layering while still leaving room for your own personal touches through florals, photographs, paper goods, and meaningful details.

Located in Salt Lake County, just minutes from South Jordan, the Garden House and Arbor House are designed as living spaces filled with light, texture, and layered florals. A sought-after destination that hosts return to, The Kinlands offers a seamless indoor and outdoor event experience that is intimate, atmospheric, and immersive-where beauty isn’t added, it’s simply felt.


What makes us different than other venues?

At The Kinlands, we believe beautiful experiences should still feel attainable. Our spaces are intentionally designed to feel layered, atmospheric, and deeply welcoming — with gardens, architecture, suspended florals, and thoughtfully curated interiors that create an immersive experience from the moment guests arrive.

While many venues require extensive rentals and added décor to create this feeling, The Kinlands was built to already feel complete, helping couples host meaningful and visually rich gatherings with more ease.

We understand not every guest is planning a luxury-level event, and we believe there should still be room for beauty, celebration, and connection at pricing that feels more approachable than many traditional venue experiences in the Utah market.
