Here’s a small glimpse of the world created here through each gathering. All hold a story, an emotion, a fleeting moment, turned into something timeless and elegant.
MEET
THE GARDEN HOUSE
The greenhouse structure allows for abundant natural light while offering protection from wind and weather, making it comfortable across seasons.
Large doors open directly to the courtyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for guests, dining, and mingling.
The space is fully furnished with wood dining tables, layered rugs, and lounge seating, so most events require little to no additional rentals.
Overhead installations and built-in styling provide a finished atmosphere from the start, reducing setup time while still allowing room for personalization.
Flexible in layout, the Garden House can accommodate seated dinners, flowing receptions, or more intimate gatherings without needing to rework the space entirely.
Heating and cooling elements can be added as needed depending on the time of year, allowing the space to remain usable from early spring through late fall.
It’s especially well-suited for weddings, showers, dinners, celebrations of life, and refined daytime gatherings, seating up to 60 guests for a full meal or accommodating up to 100 in a strolling reception.
It’s designed to feel complete on its own, while still giving you enough flexibility to make it yours.

MEET
THE ARBOR HOUSE
Tucked just beyond the obvious, this private 2,400 square foot indoor and outdoor space is designed to hold a gathering as it expands. Weddings, larger celebrations, and seated dinners settle easily here, shaped by a fully styled interior layered with dried florals, chandeliers, antique tables, and lounge seating that feel less staged than naturally assembled.
A large indoor tree anchors the room as it shifts with the seasons. A wood bar, tiered glass table, gifting table, and fireplace appear where they are needed, while the space opens directly into surrounding gardens. Garden paths and bistro lighting extend the experience into the evening, and a side patio offers a place for conversation, movement, or pause.
Behind the scenes, a changing suite, catering staging area with walk-in cooler, restrooms, and display pedestals are already in place, allowing events to run smoothly without bringing in additional infrastructure.
The Arbor House is especially well-suited for weddings, receptions, celebrations of life, and larger-scale gatherings, comfortably accommodating 100+ guests with room to move between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The setting carries its own character and rarely asks for more décor, allowing gatherings to arrive fully and unfold with ease.
Available from January to late August each year.

THE ESTATE
More than a venue, our Estate offering provides a unique experience which leverages effortless hosting and limited design needs.
The Kinlands Estate is our flagship offering which includes our light and airy greenhouse, the Garden House, and our stately, timeless indoor space, the Arbor House, along with the surrounding gardens of Rosewood, creating one cohesive setting for your entire event. A floral-lined hallway connects the spaces, guiding guests naturally between them and tying the experience together.
From arrival to departure, the layout supports a full event without the need to reset or relocate. You can host a ceremony in the garden or beneath the indoor tree, transition into outdoor gathering areas for conversation, photos, or time to explore the property, and move into a fully set reception space that’s ready without interruption.
The Estate includes two distinct catering areas, allowing food service to run efficiently across the event. This makes it easy to host a multi-part gathering, such as a ceremony followed by dinner, or a main reception alongside a secondary celebration space, without overlap or congestion.
With both indoor and outdoor settings, the space gives guests room to spread out and engage in different ways. Some may gather at tables, while others move between garden areas, seating vignettes, or quieter spaces, creating a natural rhythm that does not feel forced or overly structured.
Because the environment is already furnished and designed, there is less need for additional rentals or extensive setup. The space feels complete on its own, while still allowing flexibility in layout and use depending on the style of your event.
The Kinlands Estate is well suited for weddings and larger gatherings that benefit from multiple spaces working together, offering a setting that is easy to use, well paced, and visually cohesive from beginning to end.
